Judy Olivier, PhD
Judy has experience in two areas- disaster response and organization development. Her career accomplishments include developing model surge response plans for government and business, designing and providing behavioral health responder training sessions, and facilitating community projects between county agencies and their community partners. Judy is a certified Field Traumatologist and an active American Red Cross emergency service volunteer.
